is turned back from history. It is King of Zupa, wine ruling for centuries in Zupa vineyards spreading its glory faraway. This natural wine is fruit of a traditional knowledge.
It has a dark ruby color, fresh and complex smell of ripe red fruit. It's delicate, fine and well-balanced structure goes well with supreme tones of the Serbian traditional cusine.

(A Small Rose) is traditional Župa wine with a new, Burgundy seal. It is made by cold maceration of grape Prokupac and Pinot Noir and then by cold fermentation of their unfermented grape juice. Petite Rose has soft taste (it reminds of strawberry), light red of like rose petals in early blossom and flirty spring smell.
Soft taste and mild acidity suit well young lamb meat, fruit and fruit deserts and idling in the shade on a summer day.

If Prokupac is the King of Župa, then Tamjanika must be his Queen. Devine wine, straw-yellowish color with green glow, with characteristic Muscat taste and smell carrying combination of spicy tones of incense, cinnamon, basil and fruit tones of pine apple and strawberry.
It suits well fish and sea fruits, very specially with nut and almond cakes.

Rizling-grape originating from the Rhein valley got familiar with mild Župa slopes and it offers every vintage very complex wine of yellow-green color, strong taste and soft smell of agrumes and juniper.
It goes deliciously with fish, sea fruits, white met and … good company.
